At Startup Distillery I help make “the hard parts” easy for you — and make it simple to figure out what you should be focusing on NOW.
Quality is critical, yet time is of the essence where ideas are concerned. That’s why I only work with a limited number of clients at any given time.
Need some expert guidance? I help entrepreneurs like you build growing businesses step by step, and I’d love to help you too.
- You’ve got an idea but need a roadmap for bringing it to life.
- You’re stuck and need a game plan for how to grow your business.
I make things easy by offering a low-risk trial that works like this:
For a $500 flat fee we’ll work together for up to 4 hours. During that time we will discuss your needs so that I can give you the specific, actionable advice that helps you build or grow your business as quickly and smoothly as possible.
After the trial period I charge a retainer. Fees range from $500 – $2,500/mo. depending on the project (and may go down once the heavy lifting is done).
Starting a business the right way means thinking through key elements ahead of time.
At Startup Distillery you get more than a business plan. You get one-on-one strategic advice that’s like you’re very own startup bootcamp. I guide. I explain. I critique. The hard parts? We’ll confront them together.
Whether you’re a serial entrepreneur or you’ve never started a business, it makes no difference. Startup, small business, solopreneur or mompreneur, together we’ll develop your vision into a roadmap for building a profitable, growing business no matter what your industry (or how technical).
Custom plans include narrative, financial projections and executive summary, with fees starting at $7,500. Tight budget? Check out my all-inclusive $199 DIY Kit (with templates!).
What you get…
1. Startup bootcamp
No matter which service you choose, we’ll combine your vision with my expertise. Issues you’d rather not face? We’ll confront them together.
2. Proven techniques
I teach you how to position and pitch your business to investors and customers in a way that’s engaging, clear and persuasive.
